/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Step #1: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Before you get started, I believe its important for you to understand that it’s true.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yes, fiber is known for its ability to keep your digestive track clean and in reducing cravings.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One of the most common food allergens and a major cause of fat accumulation (or weight gain) in many women is wheat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There's nothing wicked about wheat, its actually a good natural source of food and this is the main emphasis, although you should be aware of your &lt;strong&gt;daily &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;overuse&lt;/em&gt; of wheat and/or wheat products.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wheat contains a protein called gluten, which is crackers made with rice or potatoes; pasta made with rice, quinoa, or buckwheat; and cookies made with rice, oat or millet flour.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You’ll find plenty of delicious options in your health food store or healthy aisle of your supermarket!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Okay, just to clarify step #1:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You simply cut back on eating too much wheat because gluten stimulates your appetite and can trigger inflammation...which leads to packing on more unwanted fat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Taking advantage of this easy step now and you're on your way to shedding those unwanted pounds without effort.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Step #2: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Increase your &lt;strong&gt;daily&lt;/strong&gt; intake or consumption of essential fats.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Why?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Essential fats help you feel fuller and can even reduce your appetite.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Basically, there are two types of essential fats, one derived from plants and the other from animal sources...both are good medicine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In fact, flaxseed is full of omega-3 fatty acids, one of nature’s most all round wholsome foods.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(Flaxseed packs a one-two punch providing both fatty acids and an excellent source of fiber plus the essential oils in flax may also help do wonders for your skin and restoring eye vision.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Flaxseed is a small dark brown seed that you can use it in a variety of ways, but it must be milled or ground for the nutrients to be released.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Indeed, a lot of food products contain flax seed such as bread, cereal and bakery goods. Bakers may use flax seed flour or include flax seed in baking.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I recommend four to six tablespoons daily, alone or sprinkled on food because the benefits of flax seed in heart disease and cholesterol lowering is just too good to ignore:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Substitute flax seed mixture for eggs in home baking such as muffin and pancake (1 tbsp milled flax seed, plus 3 tbsp water = 1 egg) &lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Include in other recipe when nutty flavor is preferred &lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Substitute flax seed oil for other oils (don't cook using these oils) &lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;Benefits of flax seed include lowering cholesterol, triglyceride and blood pressure.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When you add flax seed to your cooking, you're add a very pleasant, nutty taste...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Flax seed can added great texture to your cooking in its ground or whole seed form. Milled flax tastes great in hot or cold cereal, on salads, pasta, or in shakes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Its high content of alpha linolenic acids has made the ancient flax seed become our modern miracle food.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alpha linolenic acid is a type of omega 3 fatty acid, similar to those found in fish such as salmon (in my experience, fatty acids derived from fish are even more beneficial.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Benefits of flax seed as shown in many studies include lowering total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol (the bad cholestrol) levels.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Other benefits show that flax seed may also help lower blood triglyceride because it may also keep blood platelets from becoming sticky therefore reducing the chance of a heart attack. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Recent studies also showed positive benefits of flax seed oil in IBD (Crohn's Disease and Colitis).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Flax seed oil seems to be able to heal the inner lining of the inflamed intestines...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Let me explain the roles fat and fiber play in weight loss:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fat provides more calories than protein and carbohydrates, is used more slowly for energy, and helps to maintain satiety for longer periods of time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I recommend you consume adequate amounts of good fat (omega-3 and 6 essential fatty acids) on a daily basis because studies confirm that a moderate fat diet (25%-35% of calories from fat) is effective in losing weight.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In addition to their appetite-suppressing abilities, they may also help promote normal brain function, and may improve mood and emotional state, a big plus while losing weight.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fiber is an integral part of weight loss.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It increases bulk and helps reduce appetite, producing feelings of satiety.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;By slowing the release of carbohydrates into your bloodstream, fiber also helps keep energy levels consistent and high.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sufficient fiber helps support good colon function and helps to eliminate wastes (by products or toxins that are stored as a result of natural body processes) then released during weight loss.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It also helps to bind and flush out excess fluids and estrogen, which I firmly believe contribute to fatty deposits in women.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;From fat and fiber, to flax and fullness, sometimes even the smallest things can lead to big changes in your health for better or worse.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Step #3:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Okay...things are looking better for you already.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You’ve begun to eliminate the major cause of fat, now it’s time to rev up your metabolism, and start burning fat and calories more efficiently.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You'll be surprised to hear that along with its antioxidant properties, green tea can help you burn calories as well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Green tea contains special chemicals called catechins.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now green tea may not be everyone's favorite...but these catechins are linked to protecting a brain chemical related to metabolism.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Listen to this carefully...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The higher your levels of this brain chemical, the greater your metabolism and the faster you burn calories.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One cup of brewed green tea contains about 100 mg of catechins.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To reap the full benefit of green tea, I recommend consuming at least three eight-ounce cups daily (to provide roughly 240-320 mg of catechins). If you prefer not to drink the tea, either of these options provides the same level of protection:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) 300-400 mg daily of green tea extract.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Be sure the product is standardized to 80 percent catechins and at least 50 percent epigallocatechin (EGCG).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This extract is not always caffeine-free; check the label.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2) 100 mg of green tea catechins, taken three times daily. MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/1694/1205/320/ulsi.gif" border="0" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dear Lifestyler,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yep, I admit it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I had many conflicting head spinning stressful dissociated feelings.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I carried around the bitter taste of disillusion, anxiety, doubts, misconceptions, fears, and confusion.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ten years later, I was free and today I have my weight and life back in control.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Good sound health, and well being with permanent results takes time and education.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So if you ever had the thought…"I can’t do this, then think again.”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ok, sometimes what you see is NOT what you get.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Maybe you’ve got a weight problem and knowing what to look for and how to read the numbers makes all the difference.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now you can find the answers as you’ll soon discover you don’t have to be an Einstein or master at math to understand the numbers when I show you the simple steps you can take.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In the early and more so the later half of the 20th Century, our parents and for many of us, we were raised to follow a that investing in good health...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well…it would kinda take care of itself.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Did it ever occur to you that you want to take care of yourself?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Don’t worry that's not a trick question.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And its certainly not too late to do something but there’s something you should know.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you're moderate to overweight or bordering on obese.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Maybe it's not entirely your fault.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It just might be a metabolic disorder, even you haven't as yet been diagnosed as a diabetic.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For most of your life you've been subtly persuaded…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Heck, who am I kidding!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Duped into thinking the only way to stay healthy and or lose weight is to eat an extremely low fat diet.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is one of the biggest misconceptions you've ever been told.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In the earlier part of the 20th century, people ate much more fat and TONS less sugar, or the refined cereals (simple carbohydrates) and very few of the population were obese.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;People instinctively knew and understood that fat satisfied hunger for longer periods of time, which meant that they were satisfied with less food.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then, a discovery came along and a so-called expert put forward an untested theory that fat is what makes people fat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All of a sudden there was a notion or hysteria about fat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yes things changed dramatically, it caused a massive tidal wave that divided facts from opinions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And this set motion as a gigantic restructuring in the food industry had begun.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What’s the big deal?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Millions and millions of corporate dollars were poured in and these companies realized cheap food meant big dollars.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The plan was at first was to scare or should I say gently persuade you to buy into the fat is bad for you craze.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It’s a tactical way of giving permission to other people.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A way of allowing opinions to permeate in telling you to buy more and more of their ready made products, most of which are promoted as being healthy "low fat" or "no fat" or “99% fat free” and therefore must be good for you, right?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;WRONG.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All these manufactured products have to get their flavor from somewhere, so they're loaded with sugars or artifical compounds (a host of unprenouncable chemicals).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You are now consuming (overloading)… actually poisoning yourself with higher and higher doses of sugar. Maybe you don’t even realise it's sugar that’s making you fat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Not FAT.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let’s for a moment, go back and fix the leaky tap on what a diet really is?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A diet is a system… a regulated course of eating and drinking, a specially prescribed daily regimen. It is to regulate or restrict food or drink according to the regimen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;An allowance of food, a ration.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In other words a diet is a basic tool.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It's a short solution or tool for fixing weight or health related problems.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The biggest mistake we tend to make is to think that one tool will do the job for replace real foods with powders, liquids or restrict /and or count colories, whatever.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sorry but everything about the very nature of most diets is unnatural.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You may lose weight, but when you get back to real world situations, you are right back where you started.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You gain the weight back and add some because you didn't learn what was making you feel stiff, aching, lousy, tired, irritable, and fat...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you find yourself returning to dieting, over and over again, maybe you also developed the strangest of ideas, as if it is a license to throw out ethical behavior and common sense.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You didn't learn exactly what kind of fats are essential, so you can eat to heal and
